Kim was very helpful in helping us purchase our home. We moved from out of state and she was able to help guide us through the process of learning real estate in an unfamiliar town. She devoted several days to us while we were in town to look at properties. She was then very patient with us while we took several weeks to decide on which property would be best for us. She then helped to negotiate a very fair price on the house we chose. Since we were of state, she took care of arranging inspections, etc and was present for all of these. She was very available to us by phone whenever we had questions or concerns. We thank her for her attention and expertise!
